Interventional depression treatment

Harmony clinics offer TMS or Spravato® for people living with difficult-to-treat depression. These treatments are provided by trained providers and work alongside ongoing therapy or medication management. These innovative depression treatment options can open new possibilities for people living with long-term depression by offering approaches that work differently from traditional medications.

What is TMS?

Transcranial magnetic stimulation uses focused magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood. It is FDA-cleared and may be an option when antidepressant medications haven’t led to enough improvement. 83% of patients who have received NeuroStar® TMS treatment experience an improvement in the severity of their depression symptoms.

Sessions take place in-clinic, and you can return to your normal routine afterward.

What is Spravato?

Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with difficult-to-treat depression. It is taken alongside an oral antidepressant and administered in-clinic under supervision.

Spravato® has been shown to provide faster and greater improvement in depression symptoms compared to placebo, with some people noticing meaningful changes within the first 24 hours and continued progress over the next several weeks.
