Marsha Miller, MSW

My ideal client would be anyone experiencing issues including but no limited to distressing emotions, thoughts, or actions (negative moods), difficulties coping with daily life (substance abuse, changes in eating or sleeping habits), the impact of stressful life events (trauma or loss), and mental health conditions (depression and anxiety). Some may enter therapy to address major life changes such as divorce. Most clients are ordinary people struggling with common, everyday issues. They are seeking guidance and someone who can offer a listening ear and the best method for treatment. Clients seeking therapy are looking for tools to help them manage their emotions and improve their overall wellness.

I can help by evaluating and providing guidance on the types of symptoms presented and assess the best method of treatment, as well as serving as an outlet for clients who need a listening ear. Using evidenced-based practices, I can offer different types of therapy from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to Holistic Therapy. I will be able to determine the best schedule for therapy based on each clients specific needs and creating a personalized treatment plan tailored to those unique needs for a Happier You.

Having a compassionate and experienced therapist, in a healing environment, makes me a perfect match for those struggling with their mental health. I have been working in the field for over 24 years, providing the highest quality of care, tailored to each individual. I have experience working with children, troubled adolescents, women with low self-esteem and self worth, individuals with criminal and addictive behaviors, and women and men suffering from addiction with co-occurring disorders.
