My ideal client is someone who is willing to make space for themselves, understand their situation, and identify ways to expand their capacity for self-acceptance. This client may have a variety of issues that stem from early childhood trauma, abuse, a history of substance use, PTSD, anxiety, or depression. This is not an exhaustive list of potential issues, but rather a representation of what this person may be experiencing and be looking for new ways to cope or strategize for their own happiness and fulfillment in life.
I have a lengthy history treating people with co-occuring disorders. I offer a holistic approach to understanding the whole person and encourage the individual to focus on their strengths throughout treatment.
I am very invested in the wellbeing of the people I serve. I find purpose in helping you understand yourself and find ways to grow your capacity to love yourself. I can’t wait to meet you and get started on our journey to wellness!
