Master of Social Work
Hello! I’m an MSW therapist at our Morgantown clinic, dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with adults, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ individuals, trauma, and mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in an intersectional lens, recognizing how identity and life experiences shape well-being. Together, we’ll explore your story, build insight, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
I support clients navigating trauma, mental health, identity exploration, life transitions, and marginalization. Using a strengths-based and collaborative approach, I help you build coping skills, process experiences, and reconnect with your sense of self, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and capable of moving forward in your life.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating and it’s okay to take it at your own pace. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe your experiences are valid and your story matters. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a place to process, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
