FAQs

What information should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a list of your current medications, your insurance card, and any relevant medical or mental health records. You may also want to write down questions or concerns you’d like to discuss with your provider. Arriving with this information helps us create a treatment plan that best supports your needs.

No diagnosis is needed before scheduling an appointment. Our intake team will guide you through the process and connect you with a provider who can assess your symptoms and help determine the right type of care for you.

Choosing the right mental health care provider is essential for a positive experience. Factors like their specialty, approach, and communication style can make a big difference. When you speak with our intake team, they will ask about your specific concerns and preferences. From there, they will help connect you with a member of our team who best aligns with your needs.

Yes, many of our clients benefit from a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. This allows you to maintain flexibility while still receiving consistent support. You can work with our intake team and your provider to build a schedule that works best for you.

Therapy involves talking with a licensed therapist or psychologist to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Therapists focus on building coping skills and emotional understanding.

Psychiatry is a medical specialty focused on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions with medication and other medical interventions. Psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners can prescribe medication, adjust doses, and work with therapists to provide integrated care.

Harmony offers Spravato®, an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with difficult-to-treat depression. To book an appointment, contact our intake team by phone or complete our secure online form. We’ll confirm your eligibility, help with insurance verification, and schedule a Spravato® consultation.

To schedule a TMS appointment, contact our intake team by phone or through our online form.
