The secure telehealth platform we use is Doximity. This platform generates unique, secure links for each appointment. You will connect to your telehealth appointment through the process below:
- Ensure your appointment has been scheduled, and you have the time marked in your personal calendar
- A few minutes before your appointment start time, be on the lookout for a text or email from your provider with a doximity link.
- Click the link to your appointment and follow any prompts from your web browser which may include enabling microphone and webcam access
Please note that since each meeting invite is unique, you should not bookmark your invite or try to navigate back to the page after your appointment.
If your email address or cell phone number changes – be sure to alert your provider as soon as possible. You can reach out directly to your provider by contacting the clinic phone number listed on our location page.
