I am a provider at our Bridgeport clinic who provides therapy services!

Whether you are ready to dive into therapy, or you are still testing the waters, I act as a guide for those wanting to make positive changes in their life. I am a firm believer that everyone has strengths, and I will help you to find yours.

In a safe and accepting environment, I help clients build upon their strengths to overcome life’s challenges. I look at the whole person and use an integrated approach, blending tools and techniques that resonate with you. You can learn and develop coping strategies to make big changes. I have training in trauma and mind/body medicine, as well as the more traditional talk therapies. I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ issues, toxic workplaces, and the effects of trauma.

I get it. Facing challenges can be scary. It was for me. You are not alone. I am currently seeing clients online, so no matter where you live in West Virginia we can do great work together.
