Christina J Batelli, LPC

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Professional School Counselor (LPSC), I bring experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and individuals navigating life’s transitions, challenges, and personal growth. My work is informed by a developmental and strengths-based perspective, helping clients build resilience while creating meaningful and lasting changes.

As a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and doctoral candidate completing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, I remain committed to integrating current research and best practices into the counseling process. This commitment allows me to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care while continually expanding my knowledge and clinical skills.

I specialize in supporting individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and hold the ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) credential. I help clients better understand how ADHD impacts daily life, relationships, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-esteem while developing practical strategies that foster success and confidence.

For clients seeking trauma-focused treatment, I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that can help reduce distress associated with traumatic memories, anxiety, grief, and other difficult experiences. Similar to EMDR, ART utilizes eye movements and guided imagery to promote healing, often helping clients experience meaningful relief in a shorter timeframe than traditional talk therapy alone.

I also provide counseling related to intimacy, sexuality, sexual health, and relationship concerns. I am currently completing certification through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) under supervision, with anticipated certification completion in September 2027. This specialized training allows me to support individuals and couples in exploring concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, identity, communication, and relational well-being in a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment.

Above all, my goal is to create a welcoming space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, discover strengths, and move toward a more fulfilling life. Guided by compassion and grounded in connection, I strive to walk alongside each person as they navigate their own path toward healing and growth.
