Licensed Graduate Social Worker
I am a clinician at our Bridgeport clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client is someone who is motivated to show up and put in the work together to help themselves. Together we would identify tools to recognize and reframe negative thoughts, develop skills to regulate emotions and tolerate distress, create strategies to set healthy boundaries, develop structure and accountability in applying new coping mechanisms, and validate and apply insight into behavioral patterns.
I believe clients want relief from emotional suffering. They want to stop feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or numb and instead feel capable and in control. With that, I believe clients want to develop a sense of identity and self-acceptance. They want to feel grounded and valid without constantly judging themselves.
I can help by offering a structured, skills-based approach. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy offers clarity and logic for the mind, while Dialectical Behavioral Therapy adds validation, emotion regulation, and mindfulness—ideal for clients who need both understanding and action.
If you’re here, it probably means something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or just too much to carry alone. I want you to know this: you don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. You just have to be willing to show up—and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand—whether it’s anxious thoughts, emotional ups and downs, people-pleasing, overthinking, or feeling numb and disconnected. I use practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT to help you build awareness, develop new skills, and move forward with clarity and compassion.
More than anything, I want you to feel safe, heard, and not judged. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply and create a life that feels more manageable, more meaningful, and more you.
If you’re exhausted by pretending you’re okay when you’re not, or if you’re ready to start unlearning the survival habits that no longer serve you—I’m here. You don’t have to do this alone.
