Hi, I’m Laurance, an MSW/LGSW passionate about helping youth, teens, and families feel safe, supported, and truly understood.

I provider therapy services at our Charleston, WV clinic.

I use a warm, trauma-informed approach and strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, life changes, emotional struggles, or feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported every step of the way. I specialize in working with youth, teens, and families navigating trauma, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, anxiety, life stressors, and family conflict.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and focused on helping clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I have experience working with autism, neurodivergence, crisis intervention, family systems, and individuals who have experienced difficult or overwhelming life experiences.

I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process feel comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free from the very beginning. I look forward to walking alongside you and supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and wellness.
