Licensed Professional Counselor
I believe the most important aspects of therapy are building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a safe and supportive environment for you to start (or maintain) your mental health journey.
I view myself as the passenger in your mental health journey and I’m here to help guide and support you throughout the process. Everyone’s journey is different and, so, my approach to therapy with you is unique and genuine to your experience. My role is to provide support to you in whatever way is best for you. Whether that is through listening to you and validating your feelings, teaching and practicing self-care and coping skills with you, or helping you find your life direction.
I work with a wide variety of clients of all ages, races, genders, sexualities, religions, and beliefs. I’ve had extensive experience with mental health concerns such as anger, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, depression, grief and bereavement, and stress management. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, childhood behavioral concerns, neurodivergent diagnoses, suicidality, general grief and loss, suicide loss, and trauma.
