Licensed Graduate Social Worker

Hello, I’m Randall Hacker, a licensed social worker looking forward to serving you at your local Morgantown clinic. I have strong experience in the child welfare setting utilizing therapeutic interventions with children, teens, and adults to help navigate life’s challenges. I also have experience using music instruction to work with veterans struggling with PTSD. Using a trauma-informed strengths-based approach my aim is to help clients develop clear goals, identify barriers, and develop lasting coping skills. Using various therapeutic interventions such as mindfulness, reframing negative thought patterns, grounding, and relaxation techniques, we will overcome the hurdles as we work on specific goals you have developed through sessions. Helping you build personal and lasting coping strategies that you can identify with is key to my approach.
