I specialize in working with a variety of issues, but most often depression, anxiety, trauma, betrayal, grief, recovery from substance abuse, career and issues facing adolescents today. I offer client-centered therapy, often using ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, pscho-education, tools, and resources, while helping you develop coping skills as you work towards realizing your goals and dreams. At Harmony, we also offer psych. medication evaluations and management by a psychiatrist on staff, along with an in-office pharmacy, and the latest alternative methods of treatment.
